What is SigmaFit Gym?
SigmaFit Gym is gym management software made by SigmaBits in Lebanon. It runs members and memberships, payments, the front desk and check-in, door readers, classes, workouts, a shop, messages and reports, in a web browser with phone apps for owners and members, in English and Arabic.
How much does SigmaFit cost?
There’s a free plan with no time limit. Paid plans start from $45 a month per branch, with up to 150 members, 2 staff logins and basic member management. Big buttons, automatic reminders, the sales funnel and everything else are add-ons, so your price depends on your branches and the features you add. Message us on WhatsApp for your price.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, with no time limit: 1 branch, up to 10 members and 1 staff login, with check-in, membership plans, subscriptions and invoicing. It doesn’t include messages, the phone apps or add-ons.
Do I need to install anything?
Not in the cloud: you log in from a browser on any computer. If you’d rather keep your data in the gym, we install SigmaFit on your own Windows computer and train your staff on site.
Can I import my members from Excel?
Yes. Import your members, membership plans and products from an Excel or CSV file.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen is in English and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout. The owner app is in both languages too.
Which door readers work with SigmaFit?
ZKTeco and CHIYU fingerprint and face terminals, and NFC and QR readers. A small Bridge box, or your own Windows PC, connects them and the door relay. Door readers are an add-on. Other devices and turnstiles: ask us.
Can members pay in installments?
Yes, with the installments add-on. Split a plan into parts, each with its own due date, and take part of the payment now. SigmaFit shows who owes what and for how long.
Does it work with several branches?
Yes. Run several branches under one account, with per-branch reports. The price is per branch.
How do SMS and WhatsApp messages work?
SMS, WhatsApp and email are paid per message from a prepaid message credit. Notifications to the member app are free. Automatic reminders, campaigns and WhatsApp are add-ons.
Is my data safe?
In the cloud, your data has a daily backup. On-premise, it stays on your own computer in the gym.
What happens if the internet goes down?
On-premise keeps working on the gym’s own network. The cloud version needs an internet connection.
Can members use a phone app?
Yes. The member app has a QR check-in badge, plan and days left, payments, class booking, workouts and progress. It is on the App Store and Google Play. There is an owner app too. Both are add-ons and work with the cloud version.
